Welcome!
At the moment, Mindpictures is just a place to link to our business
persona. As things go on, it will become primarily a gallery
of the art that we create just to feed our
own souls. It seems that, after years of being part of the mainstream
of the portrait photography world, we have become a bit burned
out. So, we came up with the idea of an online gallery. Not a
new idea, I'll grant you. But it will give us a place where we
can show only what enriches us. No trying to please customers,
or print competition judges, or exhibition juries, or any of the
other "filters" out there in the so called "real" world. Just
us. Now, we could have done this just by hanging stuff in our
living room. But we feel that it isn't art if you don't share
it with others. Hence, the Mindpictures Gallery. When we have
it up and running, everything will be for sale in some version
(photograph, painting, lithograph, whatever) but that
is only because we think others may find some form of enrichment
and joy from the same things we do, and may want something to
hang on the walls of their home. After all, there is more to life
than the computer, you know. Come back every once in a while and
see how this thing evolves. If you have wrestled with similar
